GUIDED ROUTINES
Each day comes with a follow-along video so you can just press play and have us walk you through the moves for that day. No need to set your own timers or count your reps, we do it all for you! And within the follow-along video, you'll see modifications for each exercise to help meet you where you're at!
Most core programs will either start off way too complex for the average person, or they'll maintain the same level of complexity throughout the entirety of the program. But that's not how we roll!

Hi! We're Jason and Lauren Pak! We're a personal training duo on a mission to bring a more grounded and reasonable approach to health and fitness.
We've been personal trainers since 2007, and throughout that time we've worked with thousands of people. We even owned our own gym for nearly a decade, and this facility was basically our laboratory.
We were able to test and experiment and really figure out what "works" (and what doesn't work!) when it comes to strength training.
All of this experience put us in a unique position to really understand what the average person needs when it comes to core training. All of the drills in Pursuit:Core have been tested and refined over the years - not just randomly selected and thrown together haphazardly!
